Greetings to everyone, hope we enjoyed our holidays...I have a quick question. I filed certificate of citizenship for my minor son (LPR) online on November 1, 2020. His file was approved after 21days and I was happy about that. ordinarily, I believe he should have biometric before oath ceremony/cert collection, but Oath was scheduled for Dec 16 while biometric for Dec 17. I am confused. I need some advice on how to best handle this. If I should let Oath/biometric go as scheduled or otherwise. Thank you.

Good News guys!!! After the very long wait since last year April 2019 that my wife filed for my i130, today on my way driving back home from woek. I got an Email from National Visa Center(NVC) informing and notifying me that my visa interview has been scheduled to take place on the 16th of December 2020 in Lagos State, Nigeria. I never expected it, I'm so happy but sad somehow because I just left Lagos yesterday to Port Harcourt after a 13hours drive. But I'm still super excited! For those of you in Nigeria still waiting, just know that there is hope oh abeg! Felt I should share this good news with you guys.. I really pray I can meet up with the medical and getting a new police report, because my old police report is already expired... Thanks to all of you here for the constant love and support we show and give to each other...... God bless you all.........

Please I need information on this! I m a permanent resident who hasn t started working in the US yet and I ve put in applications to go back to school. I want to go to school immediately and get my qualifications up to US standards before I start working. The schooling will take me two years to complete, around which time it will be time for me to file/put in my N-400 application for naturalization. The question is that will this affect/in any way jeopardize my chances during naturalization as I might not have IRS tax transcript to show then or is there exemptions for PR students?

Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well! I have a quick question which my fiance and I have been discussing. He wants to meet my father and seek his permission for my hand in marriage. Is that enough reason to be granted tourist visa? Anyone had the same experience? After their meeting, he will return to his birth country and I will commence the K1 visa. Thanks for your response.
