US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello- So my husband and I just received our interview letter from the NVC. His interview is scheduled for January 5th, 2021. As we are trying to get everything set for the interview next steps we are running into an issue. The first step on the prep list states that we need to create an online account at: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ng/

However, when we go on the website to register it shows an error message of: Your request cannot be processed at this time and user could not be created . I attached an image for reference for what we are seeing.

Second, we have called the approved medical professionals for his exam and they all say to call back daily for a spot/ possible cancellation. Otherwise the soonest they can set an appointment is for after the interview date has occurred. Which is obviously an issue.

Any suggestions on how to deal with the above issues? Everything else on the next steps list we can easily get done.

How does one reschedule their interview date. I've been trying every which way to get this done and an answer seems very elusive. I've gotten the generic "go online and try it there response" and it never works out. The interview is scheduled at the US Embassy in Lagos. Is there anyone that can address this?

Does anybody know if US still has a travel/visa ban on Nigerians trying to enter for travel purposes? He is wanting to apply for B visa so he can travel. He has not started the process due to ban and covid. Any info?

I will be filing my own petition for my spouse to come to the US. The new process is to file the paperwork online at USCIS.

Do I need to upload the financial support paperwork now or wait until they ask me for them?
