US Immigration from Nigeria

I finally received my NOA1!! I know it's going to take months before I hear anything about NOA2. I read somewhere that it is recommended to start collecting documents for NVC. Can someone give me a list of all the documents please?

Birth certificate

Marriage license

Police report

and what else?

I need yall opinion on this. I got an email from Lagos consulate that I need a joint sponsor despite the fact that my wife makes 52000$,43000$ and 32000$ consecutively in 2017,18 and 19. And also own a house with equity value of 80000$ when I went for my interview last two month the officer told me that everything is OK but I will need to submit my wif current tax transcripts which is 2019 transcripts. My wife is on SSA which she makes 21000$ per annum but in 2019 her SSA was not included in her tax transcripts because she didn't make enough for the irs to tax from her SSA thereby the only income that show on her transcript is just 12000$... Mere looking at her 2019 tax transcripts you will think she only makes 12000$ because her SSA benefit was not included on the transcript because Is not taxable.. Could this be the reason why the consulate ask for joint sponsor? Going further we contact our immigration attorney and got to know that the document he submitted from the appraiser is unclear.... Could this be reason for asking joint sponsor? I believe owning a house and making 32000$ for just a household is enough to sponsor a spouse.. Is hard to get a joint sponsor now due to COVID. We are just thinking of getting everything together and resend to Lagos consulate for reviewing.. Please your opinion is needed here thanks

I have a 2 years green and just sent in documents for the 10 years, the documents has been received since a month ago but thing has changed the have not contacted me or taking money from my account with the check I submitted and I so worry

Hello everyone! I have a question regarding obtaining a green card status without the receipt number. I married my husband in 2012. We were approved for a spousal visa and he entered the US in 2013. We were able to remove conditions and were approved for his green card in 2013. During our marriage I discovered he was scamming women around the world, had hidden bank accounts and was sending large amounts of money he had scammed women out of home to his family in Nigeria. When I discovered what he was doing I confronted him and he moved out of the house. 2 weeks later he returned to Nigeria and has not returned to the US. I am currently selling my home and buying another but since we dont have divorce papers I need to show he is not in the country and abandoned his green card. I no longer have the receipt information to obtain a status online since it has been 8 years and also if I do have it in the house it would be packed somewhere right now. Is there any way I can get the status information without the receipt information?

after receiving our NOA1 we are patiently waiting until the 6month month mark in March to hear about our NOA2. I saw here as well as several other places to file our I-129F packet at the TX service center but I am now seeing that they aren t even processing K-1 visas but California is?! Is there something we can do? Should we resubmit to the California center? If anyone has tips or advice we d love to hear it.
