US Immigration from Nigeria

I am an international student who recently got married to an American citizen. My wife doesn't meet the income requirements, even though she got a new job in January that would meet the requirement we can't prove this because she hasn't filed taxes and the year is still on.

My wife's dad agreed to be my co-sponsor, his earnings are way more than the requirement, but he was laid off in November last year and he doesn't know when his company will call him back even though he's sure they would. He has provided his Tax returns and W-2's but there's a problem.

1) He only has pay Stubs until November 2020.

2) His main boss quit, so he can't get a verification letter from the company.

Am I better off looking for another sponsor or is there something I can do to still use my father in-law as my join sponsor?

My partner and I are newly married and we are about to file for aos.my husband has a kid from his previous relationship but he doesn t claim him as a dependent when filing for tax.my question is does that mean we a household of 2 or 3? We are new to this whole process

I have already submitted my application online and received NOA1. Is it too late to submit G1145 so that I can receive texts and emails? If so, is there any other way to request text/ email notifications or am I stuck with mail? Thanks in advance.

What next after sending me RFE for medical exam? My VAWA has been approved since September 2020,waited for 3 months plus before I received medial exam RFE and I ve sent it back, almost 3 weeks now.

I finally received my NOA1!! I know it's going to take months before I hear anything about NOA2. I read somewhere that it is recommended to start collecting documents for NVC. Can someone give me a list of all the documents please?
