I'm sponsoring my spouse only and I make $22,355 as retirement benefits per year.
I'm not working at the moment and thats my only source of income.
We are at the NVC stage do I need a co-sponsor or not.

Good day.

Please I'll appreciate a clarification on an issue I'm currently dealing with.
So my husband filed for me since Feb and we got the approval from USCIS this week. However, he retired from his job last month as active duty military but has monthly entitlement of $1,700.
Do we need to get a joint sponsor for the NVC stage or can we just proceed with his tax filing seeing that he still has a source of income though not as much as it was before retirement.
