My wife and I are putting together her application for the Adjustment of Status. She came to the U.S. with a K-1 Visa. Would any of the following supporting evidence help our case? - A copy of our religious marriage certificate (in additional to our civil marriage certificate I've already included).
- Photos of us together and at our church wedding.
- Proof of her pregnancy (ultrasounds, doctor reports, etc.)
Although not required, I'm wondering if including any of the above would enhance our application?

I'm getting ready to file my wife's Adjustment of Status. I downloaded form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record from: https://www.uscis.gov/i-693 However, on the form, it indicates it expired months ago, on 02/28/2019 (please see the attached image for proof). This is a costly form, requiring a civil surgeon's medical exam, so I'm worried about submitting the application sending an expired form. I'm also worried they might return the application to me and require another medical visit. What should I do?

I've filed i129f for my fiance, past three years have made well over the income requirement for sponsor.. Have tax returns and irs transcripts for affidavit of support. However, this year I've been out of the county with my fiance most of the time and got pregnant and filed for Medicaid and food stamps to help with my pregnancy while I try to get back to work. By the end of the year my income should be enough for affadavit of support also even though I know I don't need to show my 2019 Income as long as interview is this year. I plan to get off food stamps and Medicaid once I'm earning my regular wage. My question is, will me being on the assistance affect my ability to be my fiances sole sponsor? Even if I make enough?
