Adjustment of Status - Missing Vaccinations

While working on my husband's adjustment of status papers, I discovered that he was missing a few required vaccinations. After a few weeks of phone calls, I was finally able to make him an appointment to get them. The only problem is I can't get him in until 10/13 and his 90 days is up on 10/1. Is is better to send in his application without the required vaccines or wait to send in the application until he has received the vaccinations?

Hi, Brand new to this site so please forgive in advance for my clumsiness and stark honesty.....After 12 months, finally at the stage where we (my future hubby and I) can finally be together, INCHALLAH! But OMG. I do NOT understand the Casablanca Consulate At ALL! We got the USCIS I-129F approval, went through NVC and docs were forwarded to Casablanca, we were instructed to go to the consulate website. We went through the whole process of signing up for the USTravelDocs website, filled out the DS-160, paid the interview fee at Banque Populaire, got the receipt number, filled in the receipt number back on the website to finally get us to the interview scheduling page and WHAM!! Full stop. Message on the screen is "There are currently no appointments available." And no other info. No instructions to keep trying. No instructions saying we are on a waitlist. Nothing! Then when I try to call the consulate to get more info, the front office message says Press 1 for English or 0 for Operator etc - it doesn't work - I try pressing the buttons, call 4 times - and I get disconnected. So I don't give up, I call the Embassy in Rabat, tell them I can't get through to the Consulate in Casa, and they seem to know the problem and without saying anything, just connect me to American Citizen Services person in Casa. But I tell her I have a K1 Visa interview scheduling question and she says she knows nothing about that - call the Visa Processing Center in Cairo, Egypt - gives me the number. I call and on hold for 2 hours, no answer. So my fiance and I try to send emails. No answer. #######? Is anyone else hitting a wall to schedule the interview????? Are there any insider tricks??? Do I have to bribe someone (it is Morocco after all)??? hahahahah ( please don't take offense) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated?

Hello everyone,

My moroccan fiance is currently going through the k1 visa process. He had his examination last week. When the doctor asked him if he had ever had depression, he answered he did back in 2011 and sought therapy. We are a little worried that might be a reason for his visa denial. Has anyone gone through something similar and still got accepted? Thank you so much.

AOS vaccine panel question plus medical?

Question about the DS-3025 and the vaccine panel. My fiance has his medical exam today. The panel Dr. told him he can get the vaccines done here in the U.S. which he agreed to instead of there. He thought the Dr. was talking about the COVID vaccine, not the required vaccines for AOS like MMR. Since it is too late to fix it now being that his interview is tomorrow; when he comes to the U.S. does he have to do the whole medical exam again with a USCIS civil surgeon PLUS the vaccines for AOS? Or can we just go to a pharmacy, get vaccines done and print out the record and mail it with his DS-3025 form for AOS? His DS-3025 form says "K visa applicant elected not to have vaccines at this examination."

After waiting for close to two months on Administrative Processing, my fianc received a call from the consulate requesting a " short" second interview. This was a total shock to us. Why would a second interview be necessary? Does anyone have any experience with this? Any ideas what to expect?

Any help is very much appreciated.
