US Immigration from Morocco

This morning, I received an "Update" that my case has been sent to "Department of State". I am guessing that's the NVC?

Seriously, I breathed a sigh of relief when we got the updated news! I had filed I-824 on August 2023 and was feeling so dreadful. This has been a breath of fresh air, and world lifted off our backs.

Now I am waiting for NVC to send us the CEAS (?) case #.

What should I expect next? How long does it take from NOW to his "departure" to USA?

I am US citizen and planning to marry a Canadian citizen. Can she stay with me in the US while waiting for approval? I know Canadians they enter to US without a visa for 6 months. Can she stay with me that long, exit the country and come back again? I really don't know what is the best options we have here!we really don't want to live apart for more than one year!

By the way, she has her own business there is canada.

The NVC approved our financial support documents and I got an email stating I m waiting for the US Consulate to give an interview date. I m trying to fill out my timeline and I m unsure of what area I m putting the date of this email? Left NVC ? Apx. How long does it take to receive a interview date from the US Consulate in Morocco?

I filed the Affidavit of Support i-864 previously for her k-1 visa. Do I have to make an entirely new i-864 for the AOS I-485 Application?

Hello everyone I just wanted some insight on the form I-912. First is it a good idea to even file for it and if so do you do it before or during the time you file for the adjustment of status? Lastly, Me and my fianc got married already and we want to know do we have to file right away for the green card or are we allowed to wait?
