US Immigration from Moldova

I have applied on January 10th 2020 for an I-751. Today is 25 months since i have applied and no Interview yet. My case is stuck in Missouri at some lazy center who won't transfer my case to my home state which is Wisconsin.

Anyone else in that position? I have contacted my senator for a congressional inquiry, the White House via letters and complaints. No one can enforce these people to do their job! I don't get it what kind of work ethics do they have?

A few days go asked your advice about my daughter arrival after getting family based visa.

What happened next is like a nightmare.

She got covid. Her test she got within 24 hours before the flight is positive. And she feels horrible. She has already checked in.

Her visa expires on the 7 of March.

We all are devastated and hope for her quick recovery.

What should we do if she us still positive by the time of visa expiration ?

My Fianc went to her Visa interview in Chishinau, Moldova, on April 20, 2021. On May 10, 2021 she received her passport back with her Fianc Visa in it. She sent me a picture of the Visa questioning it. Apparently it's valid from May 6, 2021 thru 10 September, 2021.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I was under the impression that a K-1 Visa had a 6 month validity. I counted and ours is 4 months and 4 days.

Hello all ..I m slightly concerned as my wife entered the U.S. on a K-1 visa in January and our 90 timeline is up on April 28^th (2 weeks). We submitted our AOS package to the Chicago location by certified mail and it was delivered on April 4^th. In the form we included form G-1145 for e-mail notification as well as our check payment made out to the Dept. of Homeland Security. 10 days after delivery, we have yet to receive any notification of receipt (by e-mail or mail) and the check included has not been cashed.

I ve read that there seem to be delays in the Chicago Lockbox processing center but do we have any reason for concern if the application is not acknowledged before our 90 day timeline expires?
