US Immigration from Mexico

I have searched on this site and other sites before posting this question but sorry if I missed a similar post. NVC emailed last week they are moving K-1 application to Mexico City Embassy which is great. So I was assigned one case number and invoice number for CDJ (original location of interview) and another case number and invoice number for CDMX (current location since they moved all K-1s there). I never got a welcome letter nor invoice despite me completing the online form to request them several times and calling. I must be doing something wrong on CEAC site since when I pull up the new case number and new invoice number I get an error, when I pull up new case number and old invoice I get a message about the DS160 being needed. We are in the process of finalizing the DS160 but how can I pay the fees for everything?

Hello. I was wondering if due to Covid-19 the interviews for K1 visa have been moved out of Ciudad Juarez or not. Thanks

I left HK 3 years ago, I live in Mexico Now and applying for a K1. Does anybody knows how to obtain the police certificate if you are out of HK? Thanks

I would like to know if anybody here knows what is process to get a copy of the application file for CRBA of a minor child who got this CRBA 8 years ago at a Mexican US Consulate.

Submitted I-130 and received a receipt notice on April 28th, 2021. On May 19th received an email saying to create a my.uscis account. Created an account, but can not add my paper filed case because it needs an online access code in a confirmation letter.

Has it been lost? How long does it take? Online it says

It can take up to 30 days to receive your confirmation letter and Online Access Code in the mail. If it has been more than 30 days since you submitted your case and you have not received your code, you should request a new one.

I requested a new one by clicking their link, but nothing indicates that they even received that.
