I left HK 3 years ago, I live in Mexico Now and applying for a K1. Does anybody knows how to obtain the police certificate if you are out of HK? Thanks

I would like to know if anybody here knows what is process to get a copy of the application file for CRBA of a minor child who got this CRBA 8 years ago at a Mexican US Consulate.

Submitted I-130 and received a receipt notice on April 28th, 2021. On May 19th received an email saying to create a my.uscis account. Created an account, but can not add my paper filed case because it needs an online access code in a confirmation letter.

Has it been lost? How long does it take? Online it says

It can take up to 30 days to receive your confirmation letter and Online Access Code in the mail. If it has been more than 30 days since you submitted your case and you have not received your code, you should request a new one.

I requested a new one by clicking their link, but nothing indicates that they even received that.

Hello everyone my wife has finally recieved her Interview date. We are gathering required documents for her Interview and it states she she shall bring all required original or certified Copy of her civil documents. I lost my original birth certificate and only have my Certified copy, my question is will they accept my Certified copy of my birth certificate if asked for it in her Interview?

I'm the petitioner/sponsor and I have a question on the I-134 Affidavit of Support. On question # 2 it asks for my Current Employer Address. I am employed, however I work remotely and do not report to any office. The company I work for has 3 physical offices in a different state. Is it best to select on of the physical locations and add a note at the end of the form that I work from home?
