US Immigration from Mexico

Is somebody else being impacted on its waiting for immigration process after hurricane IDA?

Its been years since ive been here. Back when I did the K1 Visa application. Now that my wife's Permanent residency card is about to expire in Novemeber, im seeking for help once again. She is renewing the 10yr card. We havent decided to apply for citizenship because her English is still not strong enough and the classes for English and immigration courses that she was taking were stopped by the pandemic.

So a few questions i need to know, what form(s) do I need to fill out for her? I see the form I-90:

Question #1: pg2, Section A where it asks Port of Entry 2.h.1.A. (enter city)....We live in Chicago, do we fill this out? I assume we check 2.f. "card will expire"

Question#2: pg3, Part 3 Proccessing Information

1. Location where you applied....my wife went to Juarez, Mexico. Is this the city or place that they ask?

2. Location where your immigrant visa was issued of USCIS office...we had an interview in Chicago but I think i sent the forms to a Nebraska office before we had the interview.

so I sent my petition for my fianc ,to the California center, i did get a receipt back with the wac number and they told me that if they need it any more info they would let me know, the was back in may 28 and i have not been able to get any other mail from them anymore!

its been like 3 months and all i got was the confirmation!

I would like to do the 130 for my mother in law who lives in and is a citizen of Mexico to get her a green card. We would be filing non-concurrently with her in Mexico.

Does anyone have any helpful information to share about the experience? Was it difficult for the parent to travel into the US as a tourist while it was all pending? They would both fly and drive when the border was open and will hopefully be doing it again once covid gets under control.

Also, I'm aware the 130 has to be filed in my wife's name. Not really looking on any info about the paperwork. Just need more info about the experience of the person waiting.

I am at the stage in the K1 visa process where I just received an email from the Nation Visa Center with my appointment location. Prior to filling out the DS-160 I need to complete form I-134, but that is where I have a few questions.

I just recently graduated from college, so I don't have a job at the moment. I am currently living with my parents in a household that has a total of 6 people. I have some work experience + my tax returns from the last few years, but each of them are less than the amount needed to support me and my fianc e. I can get a job relatively quickly and borrow some money for an apartment so that when it comes time to fill out the I-134 form, I fall under the $22,000 minimum requirement to support me and my fianc e. My question is, is that the best way to go about it? Can I work at job and still fall under the $22,000 minimum requirement since I will be responsible for myself and my fianc e or will my parents have to co-sponsor since I am living with them?
