US Immigration from Mexico

Need to hear from Mexico CR1 filers.
My husband is getting the runaround about the police certificate. He's in Mexico City.
First, they sent him to different locations. No help at any.
Now, they are telling him he needs a document from the US Embassy saying he needs a police certificate for the purpose of filing the visa.
I have not read this anywhere!

So anyone who has received their police certificate in Mexico City, please tell me where you went (the exact address) and who assisted you/ your spouse (if you can remember their name).
This is getting ridiculous!

Anyone else waiting for an update from the NVC? My NVC case number was assigned March 7th. Seeing other people fly through this step and get interviews scheduled in the near future gave me a jolt of high hopes, but now I'm realizing that it seems this step takes a while when it's Mexico.

I'm adjusting status and entered the country with a K1 visa. We filed for AOS November 24, 2021 and had my biometrics appointment March 15, 2022. I've been trying to find an estimated waiting time between the biometrics appointment and the reception of advanced parole and EAD, but I have not been successful in finding any estimate.

Does anyone know how long is it taking right now between biometrics appointment and reception of advanced parole/EAD?

I submitted an expedite at the NVC stage, and was wondering if there s a timeframe, I don t see timeframes for NVC Expedite requests so I m hoping for some insight on here from other meme bees

I have a friend here in Arizona that traveled from Sonora, Mexico to Phoenix by land border crossing back in January 2021.

What would my friend answer on those questions? Since she arrived she has not gone back to Mexico for any period of time. I believe the I-94 expired in June but her plastic visa card is still valid for another 8 years. They did eventually get married here and had the baby here. Obviously since she entered legally 73 a & b would both be no correct?
