US Immigration from Mexico

I had a quick question. Do I need to submit my divorce records (US Spouse), along with my Mexican spouses information under the IV
Application?

This is what I have uploaded before I submitted.

A couple questions..1) Is it faster for a US citizen to petition for their child for an IR2 visa or is approximately the same amount of time for an LPR to petition?
2) If the parents of the child were not married at the time of the child s birth does the father have to take a DNA test? He is listed as the father in the birth certificate.

So I finally got my conditions removed (yay!) but they didn't include my second last name in the card #mexicanproblems

the original conditional card has both last names, the application was done with both last names as well.

My Mexican passport shows both last names, too.

should I contact USCIS and correct it? or just wait a year to start the naturalization process and change the last name then?

I'm planning on taking my fiance's last name when we get married in November so I will be changing them anyway in a year.

I only worry that it could be a problem for traveling abroad, but I plan to travel with both the expired card and new card.

What is USCIS view on dating while separated? This is an informal separation. I petitioned for my first spouses green card which was approved without delays or RFE s in 2008. They are now a US citizen. Things went downhill afterwards, keep in mind we d been together since 2003. We informally separated 2011 and finalized our divorce in February 2012. I met my current spouse in 2011 while separated and married August 2012. We are just now applying for their green card. They currently have DACA. I m stressing over the overlap in relationships. Anyone with a similar story?

I received two notices, one from Nebraska(they received the doc's and pmt) and a second one from Texas(to log in into an uscis account). My case starts with IEO. What Center will be processing my case,?
