I am in the process of filling out my beneficiary s address history. She lives in Cozumel, Mexico and the addresses are confusing and complicated to say the least. Anyways she is in Cozumel, which is in the state of Quintana Roo, country Mexico. However, the application only allows you to input states from the US. Should I just leave it blank and only in put the city and country (Cozumel Mexico), or should I put Quintana Roo as province? Example: Address: 123 Easy St aptatment #1 City/town: Cozumel State: [only available to select US states] Province: N/A or Q.ROO Postal code: 12345 Country: Mexico

While filling out out my I-129F form online it would not allow me to complete all parts. For example when I selected No, for the question, Have you ever been married it doesn t allow me to fill in name of previous spouse. I intended to fill in all blanks with N/A, as specified in special instructions on the USCIS website, but I had to leave it blank because it wouldn t allow me to fill anything in. Now that I have printed my completed document should I just leave it blank, or should I go back with a black pen and fill in N/A, or NONE on all empty spaces. My only concern is that USCIS may not like me submitting a form that is partially filled in online and partially handwritten. Let me know what you think or if you have experience with this. I have read about the RFE for not filling in all blanks.

My husband finally got his US citizenship! Yay! He immediately applied for his passport as we plan to travel to Mexico in 2 months. My husband has no middle name so he left that box blank on the application. We paid for expedited processing and it came today. He opened it and it says his first name followed by MIDDLE spelled out. what do we do now?? Does he need to send it back as an error or did the government just put the word MIDDLE to indicate a placeholder for no middle name??

Hey guys! After a long wait my wife finally received her GC after adjusting from a K1 visa and we are very excited! However, we noticed her permanent residency card still has her maiden name even though we have been married for almost 2 years now. Is this normal or is this a mistake? I saw that I would have to file an I90 to change it which would take months. Which would obviously suck because after 2 years of waiting we just got it today and it would be a real buzzkill to wait months again.

I will soon be submitting three I-130s for my husband and my two stepdaughters. His passport expires in about a month and should be easy to renew. However, the two girls (age 12 and 15) do not have passports, so we are going through the process of getting theirs. Can I submit the I-130s with his expiring passport and without theirs, as long as we'll have them by the NVC/pre-interview stage? Once we have them, can we add them as "addendums" to our application? I just don't want to hold up the process while we wait to receive their passports.
