US Immigration from Mexico

Well, like everyone else its been quite a wait on this process, but we finally have an appointment. We were having trouble paying fees online, but a week after giving us the date of the appointment, we received a notification that we had 72 hours to walk into a bank in Mexico and provide an account number and a pin number to pay the 260. or they would cancel the appointment. We received it on a wed. and the money had to be paid 2 days before the due date, giving us exactly 24 hours to pay. Its paid, but just wow on the urgency.

My fiance and I have been apart for over 3 years, due to covid I have only been able to go there and visit one time. I was planning on being there for the visa appointment, waiting outside so we could celebrate and possibly go the the beach and just be so happy the process is complete. However, I cannot get off work due to other coworkers out with medical issues. So, (sigh) I just have to wait here.

My question is to anyone that has gone through the visa process in Mexico City, how long did you wait to get the physical Visa so you could exit the country and be with your honey? Thank you

So I (US citizen) and my wife (mexican citizen) are living in Spain and will be doing our CR-1 visa interview in Spain, a third country. With regards to making sure she has all her vaccinations (non-COVID vaccines e.g. hepatitis, tetanus, all the ones you get as a child), do we need any kind of verification or certificate to prove she's had her vaccines since it's coming from a foreign country? What I mean is, beyond the vaccine card she has from Mexico, is there any kind of special certificate that will be required?

My 10-year GC expires on January 2024. I know it's much time in advance, but I'm already gathering information about what's needed for renewal. My question is : What kind of evidence or documentation is required to attach along with form I-90?

For example: for ROC I sent tax transcripts, pictures, bills and mail as proof of address, etc.

Hello all and thanks in advance for the helpful knowledge. I recently changed my address. This matches my passport and driver's license. However, this does not match the address on my DS-260 that I submitted to the NVC.

All documents have been approved and we have been waiting for an interview appointment for 90 days now. I have my wife and daughter and each have their own case ID.

Our priority date is 08-12-2019. Our consulate will be Juarez, Mexico. Our POE will either be Houston or San Antonio, Texas. (I say "our" because I'll be traveling with them.)

The question is do I need to see about changing the address before the interview? Will we need to bring it up at the interview? Will it be best at the POE?

I can still receive mail at the address on the application. So, do I even need to worry about it at all?

Has anyone filed form I 485 while waiting for I 130 Approval? Since the IR1 category has unlimited visas, I was wondering if I should go ahead and send the I 485 in. I sent in the I 130 on 7.18.2022 and attorney said it is up to me if I wanted to send it in before the I 130 approval. Attorney said that many of his clients do both at the same time but the I 485 has to be mailed in and not done online. Thanks in Advance for any information.
