How long did it take for notice of your interview date?

Also, we're assigned to Juarez even though my husband lives in Mexico City. Strange and highly inconvenient.

Hello, I have a question. What are the required docs you must present when you are applying for a job in the US?. My cousin got a L2 visa and she has a valid i-94. She got this visa bc her husband got a managerial job in the US. They both got this type of visa in 2021. My understanding is that she does not have to apply for an Employment Authorization. She currently has a NC DMV drivers license, a SSN that has the note of "Work authorization valid with DHS approval" and her foreign passport stamped with the L2 visa on it. She entered with her husband to the US in June 2021. She only left for a visit abroad in Dec 2021.

If any of you have applied for a job having this circumstances what docs you need to show?. With the docs can she successfully fill the I-9 form? and be allowed to work?

Hello, I have my AOS interview scheduled. It just happens to be scheduled during a time that my husband cannot take any leave as he s in training and he would get behind in training. He s stationed in Florida and I m in Ohio. I would rather my husband go with me, but my lawyer said that we could try and see if we could attend without him as it s at the officer s discretion. Is there anything I should take other than my husband s orders and phase manual which state that he cannot take leave once in training?

Should I upload a one line message saying she didn't change her name?

Should I re-upload the marriage certificate even though it's already uploaded to the Proof of Marriage section?

Should I leave it empty?

Quick question. For the I-130A that my beneficiary fills out. Part 5 and Part 6. She filled the form out herself. No preparer or interpreter used. Can we leave Part 5 and 6 blank? Or is Part 5 blank and she is Part 6?
