We are trying to order my wife s police certificate thru gob, but the information won t pull it after matching the mother and father s CURP id. She tried her brothers CURP and that validated. She called in to get help and they were helpless.

does anyone know if there is another way or place to call to get help with this?

The ceac website asks for photo uploading. Are they wanting the actual passport photo they will be using or can this be changed later?

Do I need translations from Spanish to english for the police cert and birth cert?

THanks everyone:)

Has anyone gotten a class "D' blanket waiver on the DS-3025?

Currently trying to solve the "do i need to fill out I-693, or is my DS-3025 sufficient question. We opted to have all the vaccines administerd at the medical exam to avoid the headache and financial burden of paying for another exam in the US. However, in mexico they didnt have all the vaccines that are required. So for Example on the "Tdap" column for my wife they put "D" (not availible in-country) for the blanket waiver. Is this sufficient?

If not, what is the best resolution? Do I have her get the vaccine administerd from a doctor here, then pay a CS to validate it? And my second question would be could I submit my AOS package anyways and deal with it later if I get an RFE? Reason being is that It would take a week or more just to get an appointmet and I am running out of time.

The reason for my concern is becuase I am in a time crunch to get everthing submitted before April 1 to avoid fee increases. I have my wife and her 2 daughters so it would be a huge fee increase for us and I want to avoid that at all cost.

Hi, I am new here!

We are now in the process of waiting for an interview appointment in the US Consulate in Mexico for the next step in our application process. For immigrant visa interview medical, COVID vaccines are a requirement.

I am the petitioner, and my husband (the principal applicant) doesn't have any COVID-19 vaccines.

I would love any help / personal experience you can share with me, I have some questions.

* If choosing to not get vaccinated due to personal religious belief, could we have a strong case in proving my claims to USCIS if we do not have letters from a personal doctor or a religious leader?

If choosing under moral? any success/approval cases here? list of questionable ingredients in the vaccines, is this sufficient or would it affect our case due to my husband having some vaccines but choosing not to get the covid-19 ones?

-- would it help in any way if I (as his wife) also write a letter?

-- how much longer does the 1-601 waiver delay/ add to the process?

** DOES THIS WAIVER TAKE A YEAR TO GET APPROVED??? COUNTRY: MEXICO - CUIDAD JUAREZ CENTER

COULD SOMEONE CONFIRM THIS? I found it here on a post:

Quote

"You file the waiver and pay the fee after interview. Then you have to wait outside the US while the decide your case. Then I think it takes about 1 year before they reach a decision. "

* if he goes to Mexico does he have to remain in Mexico to wait for the approval of the waiver??? --

Any experiences with the second interview or wait times?

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your TIME!

PROCESSING TIME & JUAREZ LOCATION FEEDBACK, ANY INPUT YOU HAVE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

BE BLESSED!!!
