hello all. I am filing a 601A waiver, my husband is petitioning for me. I have been in the US since I was 2 years old. I am now going to be 26. When I was 18 I got a misdemeanor for marijuana. I got a plea of abeyance and the charges were dismissed. If my waiver is approved I am worried abt going to cuidad Juarez and this causing an issue. Has anyone dealt with anything similar? I also got into some trouble a few times as a juvenile. Not sure if this needs to be disclosed to USCIS. Thank you all

If anyone with experience could speak up. What questions do they ask kids at the interview? I have 8 and 12 year old daughters. Just trying to prepare them for the type of questions they might be asked. Also since my wife and daughters each have their own applications do I have to triple up on all the documents or is one set ok? We got lucky and have our interview in April, we filed in June.

I've seen in different inmigration web pages and forums that you can use RM 00203.500 as evidence you are allowed to get a SSN. I really want to get a SSN so I can start getting some bank accouts, credit cards. Is there any information available because I just can find anything updated on this topic. Is a K1 really allowed to work on the first 90 days, there are a lot of mixing comments out there in the internet.

My husband s 2 year green card expired in January. We applied for the 10 year card in October. We received the I-797 that said that it, along with the green card, is legal proof of his status for an additional 18 months, until July 2022.

We are in the process of buying a house. The mortgage company has asked twice for his passport with the I-551 stamp. We gave them a copy of the expired GC as well as the I-797 stating he has legal status for quite some time. We explained that this is the document that proves his status, as USCIS doesn t want tons of people having to come get I-551 stamps.

Are we correct in insisting these are his legal documents? What can we do if they keep insisting he needs a stamp?

My fiance and I have both had more than two jobs and more than two addresses in the past five years. How do I include these in Part 8 (Additional Information)? Does anyone have an example? And whose name do I put at the top--mine (the petitioner's) or his (the beneficiary's)?

Also, do I have to include each address I lived in while in college (I recently graduated so it falls within the past 5 years)? Throughout college, I always listed my permanent address on paperwork as my family house I grew up in, so can I JUST list that one?
