US Immigration from Mexico

Hi,

My I-130 case was supposadley transferred from TSC to VSC in February 2021. This is exactly when we should have received an approval or denial from TSC. We filed June 2020.

It is a "difficult Case" having been denied the first go around in 2010. Not sure if this is why it was transferred and on top of everything else their wait time is horrendous, two years when we have already been waiting through the TSC for close to ten months.

What have others experienced with their case being transferred to VSC, was your case a "difficult" case? Do we start from scratch counting the wait time?

My husband took his oath for US citizenship on March 17, 2021. He requested for his name to be changed. His oath ceremony was held at Washington DC USCIS office. However, since the oath ceremony didn't take place at a courthouse, he has not received a legal document regarding his name change. Although, his new name does appear on his naturalization certificate.

Will the naturalization certificate be sufficient for him to update his social security card with his new name? Or will a name change document be arriving in the mail?

I am from Morocco and i am permanent resident in Mexico i have a son with my wife (she an American and we are processing in a ir1 visa ) i want to ask for a expedite because a financial hardship my wife is unemployed and she needs me in with here in usa to work and help her so i want to know how much chance i have to accept my request and thank you (we already finished with the NVC but we will wait so long to get the interview)
