US Immigration from Mexico

Wondering if there has been recent appointments for Juarez?? Case completed was 9/11/19. Wondering if we are getting near or moving along!! I wish they could faster.

How long was your delay in getting the I-751 and what country is your spouse from? Our delay is going on three years and my husband is from Mexico. Trying to get a sense if the slowdown was deliberate and based on country. We have an N-400 interview coming up and I believe the I-751 will be addressed then but trying to get a sense of how widespread this was and if people who were impacted were from similar countries. I see many cases of lengthy delays on here but don t know just how many.

hello all. I am filing a 601A waiver, my husband is petitioning for me. I have been in the US since I was 2 years old. I am now going to be 26. When I was 18 I got a misdemeanor for marijuana. I got a plea of abeyance and the charges were dismissed. If my waiver is approved I am worried abt going to cuidad Juarez and this causing an issue. Has anyone dealt with anything similar? I also got into some trouble a few times as a juvenile. Not sure if this needs to be disclosed to USCIS. Thank you all

If anyone with experience could speak up. What questions do they ask kids at the interview? I have 8 and 12 year old daughters. Just trying to prepare them for the type of questions they might be asked. Also since my wife and daughters each have their own applications do I have to triple up on all the documents or is one set ok? We got lucky and have our interview in April, we filed in June.

I've seen in different inmigration web pages and forums that you can use RM 00203.500 as evidence you are allowed to get a SSN. I really want to get a SSN so I can start getting some bank accouts, credit cards. Is there any information available because I just can find anything updated on this topic. Is a K1 really allowed to work on the first 90 days, there are a lot of mixing comments out there in the internet.
