US Immigration from Lebanon

Hello everyone,

My grandfather is a US citizen, he did apply for my mother back in 2013 and her case is at the NVC already.

yesterday, i proudly became a US citizen myself, my question is: does it hurts to apply for my mother as a new petitioner while she did already have a case with NVC ?

I am planning to apply for her myself because she will be here in a shorter duration than she would based on my Grandfather petition.

I have couple of questions that I was hoping to find some answers:

I am a naturalized US citizen. Filed two I-130 for my mother and her husband. Got approved by USCIS and now at NVC. I paid all the fees and now I must submit the AOD and complete the DS260.0

• Should I use form I-864 or I-864EZ? My income from my fulltime meets and exceeds the poverty guidelines.
• Should I fill and upload 2 AOS forms? One for each parent since they are on separate visa petitions?
• On form I-864 - "Part 2. Information About the Principal Immigrant" Do I enter the name of each parent only on their AOS document? Should I mention both their name on both forms?
• I have my tax transcripts for the last 3 years. Will I need anything more?
• I am filling the I-864 Pdf version. The physical address of the sponsor (me) and employment section is greyed out. Is that normal?

My mother-in-laws paperwork was documentarily qualified for an interview on December 15, 2022. We have been waiting for the embassy to schedule the interview. Has anyone had an interview or could anyone give me a time frame of how long theirs took?

I have been an LPR for 8 years now and I will be applying for naturalization soon. I have a query about the "information about my children" section on the application.

Here's my case. My current spouse had a child with his ex-gf before we got married. They were not married and the child lives with his mom. Never met the kid who is over 18yrs old now.

Does that make my spouse's kid with his ex-gf my step child?

If yes, my concern now is I did not include my step child's information on my I-751 and I-485. I did not think about it at that time as I understood that it's asking for my own biological kids.

As I was reviewing the N-400 application and it was asking about "the child's relationship to you (biological, step or adopted)" I realize that I probably made a mistake filling up the past applications.

Will this affect me greatly during the naturalization process if I include the kid's information on the N-400 and was not reflected on the previous applications?
