US Immigration from Kenya

Hi everyone,

My fiance was waiting for his appointment that was scheduled for April 8th but unfortunately, COVID-19 happened and the consulate closed indefinitely. My question is, with the new executive order to suspend immigration for 60 days, will those whose visa appointments were canceled be affected as well? In other words, will those people who do not have their k 1 Visa's yet be affected?

Trump to be sign an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!. Does this mean spousal and fiance visas cases currently mid process will be affected, etc.?

We sent our I -129 petition at the end of February 2020...up to now we haven t received our NOA1...it s been 2months since we sent our petition ...however my fianc called them and the said they had received our petition ..

Is it ok that we haven t received the NOA1 up to this time or ?

So I finally submitted my i129F application yesterday for my k1 visa and I would like to know what to expect now? How long does it take before you get the notification that the application has been received? Does it usually take several weeks or does it only take a few days?

I have the Lewisville, TX USCIS address listed on all of my statements included with my i129F. However, they're all going to be inside the envelope that I send the application in (meaning the reviewer won't see it until the envelope is opened). And at the last minute I decided to use the address for regular USPS shipping (which is the Dallas, TX address), as the address that is on the label on the envelope. Will this inconsistency be an issue and risk my application getting denied or is it not a big deal?
