US Immigration from Kenya

We emailed the embassy today and got this response within a few minutes. Some hopeful news here for those of us whose interviews were canceled.

I sent our application for my wife's 130/485 (with 765, and 131) and it was delivered 8/26.

I've gotten no notification, receipt, and my account hasn't been charged the fees yet. In other words, no sort of feedback of any kind that my process has begun.

Her i94 expires in exactly 30 days, on October 22nd.

Should i just go ahead and file an extension of stay in the event that things don't work out on the 485 end? It's becoming more and more concerning as the days go by.

Info relayed to me:

1. US spouse just turned 18 and got married.
2. Never worked before (joint sponsor available)
3. Prior to 18years, she never filed taxes as she was listed as a dependent on parents taxes

So the question: On her own I-864, how does she answer question 23a of Part 6? "Have you ever filed a tax return for the last 3 recent years?" Does she answer:

1. YES because she on parents return? And if she does so, what will she fill for the $$ boxes for 2017, 2018, 2019?
2. NO and check box 25? then go ahead and provide information saying she has never worked prior to turning 18 years? I am leaning to this as the answer

When I try to upload a file/jpeg/ screenshot, I get a notice saying that "You can only upload a total of 0MB. Please contact us for assistance." Can any moderator help me resolve this?

Seriously, how does membership stack? I see bronze, gold, star, diamond, platinum, lifetime and just now I saw ancient member . I am now certain that there are some membership levels that exist, that I do not yet know of and that are higher than my gold. The closer I think I am getting to be a mod, the further the goal shifts.

This is discrimination based on age of membership. According to chapter 6, section 4 and subsection 12 of the Geneva Code, a global website should have all levels of moderators as referenced on chapter 9, section 7 and subsection 5 of the same Code. The said moderator levels are listed on chapter 1 section 10 as Senior, Mid-senior and Junior moderators. I plead my case to be a junior moderator (How I hate NEC Code book and their shenanigans or referencing and re-referencing sections..forming a maze just so as to get a simple answer. Why not just take me directly to the end of the maze or better yet, re-write what you are referencing?).

To conclude, when will I become a moderator? . Seems I am way off
