US Immigration from Kenya

My soon to be wife is quite a bit younger than I, and is in Kenya, listed as one of two very high marriage fraud countries in Africa.

Has anyone had any issues or denials based on either or both of these factors? We have never met in person, but have been 'together' for over a year and now want to tie the knot.

My petitioner (mother) is currently hosting my 2 nephews and a niece who are on F1 Student Visas.

Being non-immigrant visas, was wondering if they should also be included as household members on form I-864 that the petitioner should fill out for my upcoming interview? Asking because I found this list online of those who should be included and it didn't seem to suggest they should.

We wanted to get advise. We have the interview coming up and we need to bring an updated I-864 Affidavit, tax returns and W-2s for both Petitioner and joint sponsor. We had to get a joint sponsor in 2023 because at the time of submitting documents at NVC, husband was not employed- he had just joined the military and 2023 income was below the requirement. Fast forward now he's employed making income above requirements (projected p.a income) BUT his past years income tax statements are below since he's been working a little under a year. Our Joint sponsor lost his job right after he submitted his I-864 so definitely his 2023 tax returns are not going to meet the requirements.

Do we need to get another joint sponsor? Or is the current income paystubs and employment contract enough for AOS at the interview even though it's not a full years income? We just want to be prepared and not give them reason to delay/deny us. It's been too long a wait!

Looks like Nairobi doesnt have any available K1 visa dates this year. Do they frequently release dates? Should i just take the first available time next year? Would like some input on this

I filed I-129F in May and we are waiting for further instruction. My fianc e is a Kenyan citizen and passport holder. We have been monitoring the time frames for interviews in Kenya, and are assuming it's going to be a while A thought we have is to meet in one of the "visa free" places a Kenyan citizen can travel. There are several islands in the Caribbean that we are considering. Here's the sticky part, and if anyone has first had experience your input is much appreciated. Some of the flights to and from Kenya require a stop in Miami. Not to leave the airport, just a short layover. I am unable to get a clear answer from the embassy website as to whether or not she would need a transit visa. It appears that takes time and is a long application process. And perhaps the embassy would not entertain 2 visas being applied for simultaneously? Thanks for any answers!
