As an HIV positive beneficiary. Should I mention it to the medical doctor? Will they find out if I don't say anything? I'm on medication and I understand it's no longer an issue being HIV positive so was going to just keep it to myself. will this be a problem. please respond fully. I'm trying to understand and be prepared. any advise as well is appreciate

My daughter acquired US citizenship through me before 18of age, and a US passport was issued for her , the question is : do I have to apply for certificate of naturalization for her or not . She already has a passport and a passport card.

My sister's F1 (Unmarried daughter of US Citizen) petition has been approved by USCIS and will soon be transferred to NVC. She has 3 biological kids/derivatives who were named in her petition. However, she is currently in the process of formally adopting my 14 year old niece who was recently orphaned.

Can she be added to my sister's case at the NVC stage even though she wasn't in the initial petition as her child and proceed to get a visa at the embassy as a derivative when that time comes?

Diversity visa ds 260 question on whether you've been to any other country ( yes/no) was never answered. I've never been to any other country. everything else on DS is answered fully except that question. the case is already at Consulate waiting interview. is it possible to request unlock to answer the particular question. or can that be fixed during interview?

question 2, I have high school qualification plus vocation school. I have highschool diploma but do not have vocation diploma. will that be an issue?
