US Immigration from Kenya

As most should know Kenya doesn't have mailing addresses to houses and apartments.

What has others done for the DS-260 to list what Kenyan mailing address to list?

The only guidance I have been given is to list the UC Embassy address.

We just had our I-130 approved and got the NOA2 approval notice.

Now the case goes to NVC.

My problem is that here on VJ, the NVC process information is woefully out of date, like 10 years?????

Anyone can point me to what we need to do next?

Hello everyone,my fiance hired a lawyer coz he didn't want to do the paperwork,his schedule is tight.I noticed the lawyer paid less fee for my case which was filled after April 1 I tried to explain to the lawyer but he insisted that everything is fine otherwise USCIS could not have sent noa 1.its been 7 months should be worried about it can USCIS take all that time and end up sending a rejection kindly respond

If our case has been transferred to the DOS, does that mean it has been transferred to NVC? It's a bit confusing..

I submitted my mother's petition for immigration of an alien relative, which was approved and sent to the NVC. Between working FT as a nurse and a new born I made this error. While proceeding to the next step to submit affidavit of support, I noticed that I had submitted the Form I-130 with my mother's maiden name "SABENA ABDUL JALIL" as reflected on her birth certificate and not her married name, which is "SABENA KHAN JAMAL LALI" as reflected on the passport and National Identity Card. How can this be corrected?
