How does the Lawfully app know which service center your case has been transferred to?

NOA1 says Texas Service Center, but Lawfully says Potomac. I know you get transferred all the time without being notified, but this is just hours after E-filing.

I just wonder if Lawfully is sophisticated enough to know. Anyone faced this?

If the petitioner's mailing address is the same as his current address, is there no need to add it in this section?

What USCIS Online Account Number should be put in the I-129F form? Should we put the account number we used for E-filing the I-130?

My husband is a citizen through birth.

Hello all,

I've been seeing a lot of conflicting information about this. Some are saying it's only required in the NVC stage.

We're trying not to overload the USCIS with our supporting documents. Final verdict?

My spouse and I got married in Jordan and all of our papers were issued in Jordan. However, I was born in Russia and have Russian citizenship too. Our lawyer says that we should submit supporting documents of both of my passports and birth certificates (Russian and Jordanian). I actually have no issue with that, I just prefer not to attach any documents that aren't necessary, especially since I have different names in my passports and don't really feel like worrying about that.

If I remember correctly, I know the DS-260 asks about the beneficiary's additional citizenships, and I figured that is where I'll volunteer that information. Does it need to be submitted with the I-130 supporting documents?
