My spouse and I got married in Jordan and all of our papers were issued in Jordan. However, I was born in Russia and have Russian citizenship too. Our lawyer says that we should submit supporting documents of both of my passports and birth certificates (Russian and Jordanian). I actually have no issue with that, I just prefer not to attach any documents that aren't necessary, especially since I have different names in my passports and don't really feel like worrying about that. If I remember correctly, I know the DS-260 asks about the beneficiary's additional citizenships, and I figured that is where I'll volunteer that information. Does it need to be submitted with the I-130 supporting documents?

Hi everyone..My name is D r..My husband H and I were married in 2010 in Jordan...and he came to the US in 2012..we have a nice home out in the country..and he is a Department Manager (removed).. Has worked hard to have a good life and take care of his family...He is doing amazingly well..very successful..I'm so proud of him...He is currently in Jordan visiting family...We were going to get started on his Citizenship, but because he needs to be here we will start when he comes home in a couple weeks... I'm so thankful we have a beautiful and loving life together... My question is concerning my brother in law... He did live in the U.S. for quite a while... but his family needed him at home so he went back... He had Residency and a Social Security card...which he has lost!! And he doesn't remember the number... He would like to come back here for a visit... They are not going to just give me his S.S. number if I call the office... so my question is... Can he get a visitors visa to come here and take care of his S.S.? Is there a way for him to get his number over in Jordan? Or what would he need to do? Would H being a Legal Resident be able to bring him here? Thank you all so much for your help with this issue if your able to answer the questions I have.
