US Immigration from Jordan

My wife's extension letter, which was for 18 months, after we filed the I-751 to remove conditions, expires in 60 days. USCIS says they won't do anything until 30 days out, but she just had a problem with an access badge at work, because of her being two months out from her green card extension letter expiring.

What can we do?

My husband had his CR1 interview August 12 and was put under Administrative Processing, my heart tells me this will be a long wait my father in law is advising me to contact my Senator for help since there are elections going on now and they need those votes from citizens they will gladly help now, but my niece who works for the department of state and who personally met my local Representative says otherwise to wait until after the elections since its chaos right now and their focus is on other issues either way she knows people in both office she can speed up my request. I know i get one shot with the help of a congress man but i want to know when should i get them involved? Is it too soon? Before or after elections? Does a senator have more seniority than a representative?

hello, my husband had his interview on September 16th, we were placed in AP for missing tax transcript and given a document similar to DS5355 as well. We initially uploaded tax return only as the NVC states tax transcript OR return, however the embassy requested we upload the transcript to CEAC at the time of the interview. the DS5355 questionnaire we emailed same day as interview and its now been two weeks since we uploaded the tax transcript after waiting for IRS. The reason I am asking about timeline is that when we initially uploaded documents it took us 5 days between uploading and becoming documentarily qualified. We have also had a date change on our case status 6 times since being in AP. Is nvc's process different for looking at "new" cases as compared to cases that have resubmitted documents after DQ? Any advice would be appreciated- trying to determine if I'll be getting on a plane to go home before I'm too far along in my pregnancy .

does COVID by any chance affect immigrant cases that are at final stage now? My dad has been under administrative processing since January but now sure why embassy doesn t give us a clear answer and what caused that delay. Is the pandemic the reason why cases are still pending?
