US Immigration from Jordan

I have been reading for hours now to no avail. My wife has petitioned her father and we are now at the NVC stage, specifically the AOS. My wife has no income so her and I will both complete the standard i864. An i864a will not be submitted by either of us to my understanding. We file taxes as married/joint so we will attach the w2 for each tax year transcript submitted. We will both also attach proof of citizenship. We are confused on household count. Do we both list each other and our two children on both i864s? Do we both list her father as a "person sponsored in this affidavit?" We will leave household income blank on hers and will only be included on mine?

The DS260 and civil documents have been submitted and this is the finish line for us, hopefully.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you, kindly.

Once my husband receives his conditional green card, can he file for his parents back in the Middle East?

So me and my girlfriend have been long distance for a 1 1/2 i am wondering if anyone has had experience with this. She wants to get a visa to come visit me but I am so scared that she will be denied. She has no intentions of staying when she visits and we of course are going to be 100% honest and she is going to say she is going to see me. I keep hearing stories of the visa being denied because of this. Just wondering if I am overthinking too much or not.

I'm trying very hard NOT to have to use my husbands uncle as a SECOND sponsor and have him fill an I-864. Just because I know how long it will take him. My 2019 taxes look bad and I just barely made it over the poverty line. However, 2020 was far better and my bank statements which I am including will reflect that. How many of you JUST BARELY made it over the poverty and still got your spouse approved/no RFE?
