US Immigration from Jamaica

My nephew is using a joint sponsor to file for his mom. The joint sponsor filed taxes with his wife. Can we just use his financial information on I-864 and not include his wife's although it was a joint filing?

I'm really confused with the I-864 and what information do we really use and if we need the wife to sign off just because she was included on the taxes. The joint sponsor financial information can cover the poverty line. Thanks

I've yet to submit my I-129F form -- I'm still entering and gathering documents, etc.

My fiance lives in Jamaica where mail services is not readily available. Can I put her mailing address as my own?

Guys, I need help, I use to be a wiz at immigration but things have changed. I'm helping my sister to adjust via her son. She will be submitting I-130, G-1145, I485, I765, I131, I864 (1 for her son and 1 a joint sponsor). I think 130 is $675 and I485 is $1440

My questions are:

Do we need to pay for I765 ($260) (I've read it's no longer free with I485)?

Do we pay for I131, if yes then we will just omit (not really necessary)

Is it mandatory to now include medical I-693 with this initial packet or can it be submitted after?
