Had my interview this morning and was approved I Applied in April 2019 Divorce waiver. Officer didn't ask much question very nice guy just ask name date of birth when I got married my ex husband name date of birth and ask if I knew his address I told I think his in PA that where he said the last time we spoke he was like ok thats it I'm planning on approving your case ..I left and got the call from my Attorney APPROVED!!!

Any advice on how to get things moving. We had a 1 year ban due to marijuana (admitting to past use). Visa processing was scheduled to resume June/21. Hospital contacted spouse for 1st drug test in October/21. No communication has been received since then. I have made contact to the Embassy (responses redirect to hospital), contact made to hospital with no responses, spouse has went in person to explain situation and nothing.

Any advice ?

I recently filed AOS for my 10yr old son. I received the receipt notice today but I realized no A-number was generated for him. I checked back on my receipt notice and I realized one was generated for me at the time I got my notice. Should I be worried? My email said that the case was transferred to Harrisonburg storage center, clueless to where that is.

Hi guys, does anyone know if the Los Angeles office offer same day oath ceremony on the day of the interview?

My husband and I did the interview with my two children last week. On the letter from NVC said we should bring all original documents that was submitted. I brought my 2020 tax return and they asking for my W2 which I didn t have and now the visa application is refused. They gave me an email to send the W2 to and taken both my children passport. Has anyone been through a similar situation?
