US Immigration from Jamaica

So, I have completed my medical exam. I did not get a sealed envelope. Information was sent over electronically. Is this a good or bad thing not to get an envelope? U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica is where I went.

My husband filed my I-130 last year and its still pending. on a recent visit we decided to just adjust status and we are now sending our AOS packet. How many passport sized photos should I send with my AOS packet. Sending forms I-485, 131, 765 and 864

I have interview (IR5 parent Jamaica)date Nov. 13 and was only able to get medical date Nov. 8. In your experience is this a major issue? If it is, how can I get a reschedule of the medical? Attempts to contact hospital by email and phone has so far proven futile

Just a quick question. My wife and I filed our AOS packet and paid with money order but we accidentally signed the back of the order. From previous experience or knowledge, will they return our application for refilling?
