US Immigration from Jamaica

Can my mom file for my sister who is here in the US with her daughter both traveled with on thier visitor's visa? And if she can could she also file for EAD card and I131 while she waits on the process?

I know it's not right to travel on your visitors visa so please I don't need the bashing I just need to find out how I can help her because her husband died and she struggling to take care of her daughter. Thanks for any info!

Hey guys not sure who else going through the same think but ,I filed my removal of conditional in November 2020 & was told that my case was completed as of October 2021 & they waiting to schedule a interview,I m still waiting ,I had gotten a stamp but it expires in January,im I able to get another stamp

Hello has anyone missed their biometrics appointment? If so how do you reschedule it?
my situation was that my husband had a family emergency in another state and he missed the biometrics appointment. He then asked to reschedule they rescheduled him but they wanted him to have the original document with did not reach him in time for the rescheduled appointment. Now when they call they just tell him to wait. But exactly what is he waiting for to be scheduled? Is there a specific person I can poke to get the process moving again ?

well i think i should try for a tourist visa,but its best i get immigration lawyer my case complicated voluntary departure 2012 /10 year ban ,waiver approved ,got married 2015 to u.s citizen didnt work out we are separated now

Hi can some one please help me with their knowledge. I am a US citizen by neutralization and I want to change my name back to my maiden name after a divorce. I am currently requesting through my state court for change of name, but do I need to file the N565 form and pay $555? because this is a lot just to let USCIS know I changed my name and to get the necessary documents to file for a new USA passport with my changed name in it (I currently have the one with my married name and it will nor expire until 2027).
