US Immigration from Ireland

Hi all,

We filed our i-130 by mail on September 15th 2020 for our CR1 application. We just received a hard copy of our form I-797C which states they received the petition and the payment on September 21st, 2020. It says that our priority date is also September 21st, 2020...Is this correct? To me it sounds weird, although I am not certain exactly what PD means, I expected it to be a lot further in the future? Perhaps this is a typo on their side?

I received rejections from Nvc and am confused. My mom I added as a household member of my step dads since they filed their taxes jointly. I received an email stating she isn t my household member but my step dads and to add her as his household member, how do I do that? I m so confused.

we are still waiting for my parents tax transcripts so I submitted my parents tax returns pages and w2s but they ve been rejected as a transcript has been requested. Is there any way around this?

my husbands passport biographic page was rejected but no explanation as to why. We had submitted his new passport through email and received a response that it was accepted. So I don t know why this one now says rejected.

Hello. My husband lost his passport and just received it today. He also finally received his police report. What is the best way to send it to the NVC? I noticed in the AskNVC link when you re signed in you can attach files. Would that be the best way? All slots still say submitted. Ive read they ll say accepted once they ve all been reviewed.
also, will this delay our case from being processed and getting an interview in Dublin? We re also trying to get an expedite but waiting on medical documents.

Has there been a timeline for getting an interview date at Dublin?
