Hello VJers, I (beneficiary from Ireland) married a USC and we have just started our CR1 visa journey We filed a paper i-130 CR1 petition on 09/15/2020. We then received NOA1 and our receipt number beginning with IOE on 09/26/2020 Service center I believe is Potomac as it's on the hardcopy (Nebraska is stated on the online case status) When we got access to our online account I saw our petition was accepted. Under the documents tab I also saw our paper filed petition scanned and uploaded on 09/21/2020, the scan had a super long name that ended in part 1. What I did notice was the only evidence of a bona fide marriage that was included in the scanned version was our photos. None of the big wedding/holiday receipts, call/chat logs, flight itineraries or boarding passes we sent were included in the upload they scanned. I thought this was odd but maybe the images are enough evidence for now? Wondering if any other paper filer noticed they left things out or they uploaded the rest eventually? I then noticed our case status was touched on the 10/08/2020.

AOS Filer here, waiting on interview, case filed in March 2019. We moved house in July so I submitted an AR11 change of address online at the end of July. Information/and call center said it could take up to 30 days to apply. A call center agent also asked me for the new address in late August. In Sept a level 2 agent said the new address was in their call center system and had been since early August. However, even today, my account on myUSCIS still has the old address. Im concerned that they will send mail to my old address and I could miss an interview invite. Has anyone had any experience of how the change address process works, if the myUSCIS system got the new address and how long it took?

For my own sanity anyone who can help answer this I will appreciate. What the worst that can happen to your green card application with several traffic convictions but all served and paid for? Can they deny you visa and also declared and provided all courts and police records. I had my interview at the embassy and the officer asked me about and i explained and provided documentation. I am just worried that could it not mess up my chances.

Hi Just sharing some things I have been curious about since starting our CR1 journey last month. Knowing USCIS is both understaffed and we are living through a pandemic, plus there has been a proclamation affecting a large number of visa types, I am curious about what trends (if any) folks have been noticing around process times, specifically CR1 1-130s. I have seen some mixed reactions and comments across different threads - some saying things have slowed, others noticing faster approvals and others not noticing much of a difference. Would love to hear your take on things. I have pretty much accepted that regardless of the above it is both a random and slow process

Hello. I ve submitted our w2s and proof of filing taxes but got a note saying we need a tax transcript from the IRS. So I resubmitted all tax information with a note saying we ve ordered the transcripts and will have them by our interview date. But they denied us again and said we need the tax transcript. Has anyone had this problem and was able to do anything about it? We ll have to continue to wait for the transcripts if not and are heading into a higher level of lockdown so I m getting nervous.
