US Immigration from Ireland

Hi

Anyone else notice a change in the format of the case status on their USCIS account? Not talking about a date change but a change in the format of the user interface. In the previous layout I had a date change. Now I have a full status with the date being by NOA1.

I got an update on our AOS I 485 it now says as of October 6th 2020 your case is ready to be scheduled from an interview. It used to say As of August 7th 2019 your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Why did the date change?

I would like to know if anyone has experienced this before. My CEAC status has not changed it's"READY" status since my interview 8 days ago. It has shown updates 3 times since the interview on the date part but the status still showing ready. Should I be concerned?and how long does it take to get visa issued. The embassy just got my medical results on the 14th of October but the medical center said it will only show in the embassy system a day later. Please help if any body has experienced this. Thanks

So we are a little confused. We sent in our Notification of Readiness to the Dublin Consulate days before K1 visas were put on hold.

In our Notification of Readiness packet its highlighted to say, PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE VISA FEE UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. (Image 1)

So obviously we didn't... and then 3 days later we received a message saying that appointments were on hold.

Now, we're seeing messages on the Dublin Consulate's website that say they are processing Visa applications that have paid the MRV fee.

And after reviewing our email, now I'm seeing that it states that the "MRV fee is valid and may be used for a visa application for one year" (Image 2)

• Does this mean they are processing K1 visa applications for people who already had appointments scheduled ONLY?
• Did we miss a step, were we supposed to pay the MRV fee immediately after we filled out the DS-160?
• Am I confusing the "VISA FEE" for something other than the "MRV fee"?
• Are we able to pay it now?
• Does anyone else have a similar circumstance with the Dublin Consulate?

We ve had so many issues with the Nvc due to them making mistake after mistake. After seeing all sections saying accepted, we got so excited and we re jumping for joy. Then I saw a message saying I didn t submit proof of domicile and must submit it. I was/am livid. I called, waited on hold for an hour (yay for international fees) and asked to speak to a supervisor. I told him I had already submitted my tax returns and their website says that s a form of proof. He sounded half asleep, could barely speak English and couldn t be less interested in what I had to say. He asked a few questions then said he d leave a note on our file that sufficient proof had already been submitted and then said they ll review it.

I thought a supervisor was able to override and push through the decision?

does having a supervisor involved and leaving a note make the review happen faster?

he told me to call back next week and that was it. Just panicked as ireland is about to head into a level 5 lockdown which means the embassy will close again.
