US Immigration from Ireland

I have applied and currently waiting on my SSN. My fiance and I have applied for our marriage license and going to be married in a month approx.

What are the next steps for us once married? Is it to apply for AOS and EAD or can these be done prior to being married?

I have arrived into the US on my K1 visa on the 16th Dec 2021. My I-94 expires on the 29th Dec 2021. Am I eligible to apply for SSN now or wait until Fiance and I are married?

The day is finally here where I am travelling to the US. I want to be know what is required of me at immigration? I have the packet that is my visa that I received at my interview. Is there anything else I need to present? Will I be asked many questions?

Myself and US citizen spouse have been living outside the US together for the last 4 years. We are using a joint sponsor I-864 as all of our income is foreign sourced.

When my wife fills out I-864, what do we write in Part 5, 7 "? "My individual annual income is" Do we list the USD amount as per tax returns or should this just be nil as it is all foreign income?

Hey guys.

we filed our i129f on may 3rd so we are officially 7 months in. Hopefully we get approved soon but I m worried since they haven t really started processing March cases yet.

my fianc and I both live together in Ireland and we are worried about another covid lockdown being introduced. Would we have grounds for an expedite with uscis if my fiance(petitioner) loses his job and that would put us in financial hardship?

does anyone have any experience with this?
