US Immigration from Indonesia

Hello I just wanted to know if my now wife is able to travel to Puerto Rico. We got married already and her k1 visa expired. We have already filed the I-485, I-765, and I-131. She doesn t have her combo card yet but she already did her biometrics but it hasn t been approved yet. Has anyone gone to PR. It sounds like there shouldn t be a problem but I m still trying to see if anyone has done it already?

We recently got NOA2 like 5 days ago, and today my fiance received his W2 from a job which he worked for like 2 or less than a week. He was working there as his second job back on 2020.

But he forgot to list that job on the I-129F, what should we do? We already for NOA2. Is there anything that we can do?

My husband (USC Spouse) have been through a tough time with his health in last 2 years. He had a stroke and the recovery was "hell" for him, to say the least. He's been through the wringer and last night he has to be admitted to ER with high blood pressure and very low O2 level in his blood, non-covid related both of us has been vaccinated. I'm am so heartbroken and devastated. We've been together for 10 years (married for 4 years this June 2021) and we spent 24/7 together since the day we met. And now I can even be in the same building.

As much as I have a positive outlook and wishes, I have to be realistic with his health, he is in so much pain and discomfort. Worst case scenario is that he does not make it. I'm 100% set to stay in the US. I have nothing to go back to, everything I know about life is here in the US, this is our home, my home. so leaving is absolutely not an option.

1. Should he passed, is there anything I need to do in regards of my I-751 (filed Sept 2019) and N-400 (filed Sept 2020) applications?
2. How will this affect my legal status / citizenship?
3. Has anyone been in similar situation? Any advice to share with me?

We are in the process for filling scheduling the visa interview via us travel docs. One of the question is this:

Our position: The passport was issued by the Indonesian consulate general in Turkey. So it was physically provided in Turkey, but authorized by Indonesia. Does that make the answer to this question Indonesia or Turkey?

HI fellow VJ,

My daughter's was interviewed and approved on January 6th 2021. I emailed the embassy on January 13th to find out what is taking so long and why the status on CEAC still showing as "Ready"? Received an answer the next day Jan 14th saying that their Visa system is down. I just check the status on CEAC again and it's still showing as "Ready" and last updated was on January 13th, 2021

Anybody have any insights as of how long this will take or if this is normal occurrence? Does it have anything to do with the Inauguration?
