Anyone who has upgraded from f2A to IR1 and has been interviewed? Could you please share your timelines.

Hi Everyone, I'm new on this platform, Could anyone help regarding what are the options are there to stay in States after applying just perm and got the RFE for further extension.

Hello My wife (came on K1) has her green card interview scheduled in a couple of weeks.

When she did her immigration medical as part of the K1 visa interview process she was pregnant with our baby and she only took the tetanus vaccine per the doctors recommendation at that time. She subsequently came to usa on the K1 visa , we got married and she delivered the baby in USA.

Question- when we go for her GC interview are their chances that she might be asked to do the medical exam again and get form I-693 filled from the surgeon?

We want to be proactive and get the medical exam done if this might be required anyway...?

i needed some guidance.i am on b2 visa with a spouse usa citizen.I had a previous green card which i had returned back.Now back in usa my last day to be legally in usa is 20th april and i have dispatched documents for concurrent filing and it should reached chicago box on 12th.Am i okay to overstay beyond 20th april since i have submitted the documents?

Hi Everyone,

Today morning, I got email fro USCIS saying that we have taken an action on your case (For my N-400). Now, I tried to login into my USCIS online account. But I am not receiving verification code on my email, not even in junk mails. so I can not login and check.

Does anyone have experienced same ? I have posted this question here as many of us have already filed N-400.

Any suggestion what should I do ? tried to create new account with different email address but I can not add my case to it.
