I have applied for my unmarried son in 2015 and case got DQ in June 2020, still no interview schedule by NVC. How long it takes for interview for F1 category immigration visa after dq in 2020. Please reply

Hello everyone,

The company I'm currently working for is merging with another company. The merging process may take up to 6-8 months. I applied for N-400 on 2/23/2023 and my biometrics appointment is on 3/15/2023. I was aware of this merge about 2 weeks ago. Do I have to worry about the info I entered in the Employment section about current employer ?

1. I joined company A in 2023 and I have a offer letter from them.

2. Company B has not yet sent a press release about the merging with company A, and hopefully by the time of my interview there should be some document stating that I'm working for Company B. Will this document along with offer letter from Company A prove that I have worked for 1 employer irrespective of them merging ?

Hi everyone!

My fianc from India and I are hopefully close to the end of our journey, but we are having trouble scheduling the interview online. So, basically we book the OFC appointment and then when the page comes to book the consular appointment it says "There are currently no appointments available." I've tried almost all the dates for the OFC, but it keeps saying there are no consular appointments. Is anyone else having this issue?

We have tried most of the dates and then we get timed out of it constantly. Are there any tricks? Like time of day to log on or certain days of the month that are easier?

Also, my fianc called the consulate the other day and was redirected to a call center to book an appointment. They said that the consulate is not accepting any appointments currently and that they have been not accepting any for the past few months? I don't think this is correct, but this makes me more confused.

Any experiences or insight would help!
