US Immigration from India

Hello,

My spouse's Date of birth is incorrect (Month and Day) in her Indian Birth certificate. All her other certificates (Passport, School certs, Marriage cert, Previous US VISAs) have the correct DOB.

We have already submitted the AOS package with her birth certificate copy. But this is obviously different than what is filled on her application.

Any advice on preparing for an RFE?

I have already inquired in our country and correcting the date of birth is lengthy and painful process (file a petition in high court and submit the Judge's order to Birth registrar)

I have filed for my father and I am working on the I-864 form. I am planning to be the sole sponsor since my income is sufficient. However, my husband and I filed as "married filing jointly" so it also shows his income on our tax transcript. So do I need to include his income in the annual household income? It looks like it's asking for just the total that's being used for sponsoring. Any help is appreciated.

After much research in this forum and consulting with my attorney, I mailed in my AOS package (3 applicants in total) without Form i-944 on August 4th using overnight delivery to Phoenix lockbox via USPS.

The package was received the next day and my checks were cashed-in today (They haven't rejected my package based on exclusion of i-944 per the USCIS website)

Regardless, I already have completed i944s and supporting documents ready if USCIS requires me to send them in future.

Now with all the USPS delays, I am not sure when I will get receipt notice.

I submitted my naturalization application in January, 2020. After a month in march, 2020 i went to india to get married. At the time of filing the application for naturalization I submitted it as single since I was not married. Should I update my N-400 application that I m not single but married? Will it delay my case more? What if I don t update will they know? I m still waiting for my biometrics which was scheduled on 31st march but got cancelled due to pandemic and now i m still waiting for the new date.

Can anyone please tell me what documents do I need to take for AOS Interview in regards to my Joint Sponsor?
