Starting a thread for the September 2020 filers. My package is expected to get delivered by FedEx September 02 at Arizona facility.

List of Evidence included in my package

1) Petitioner Green Card, passport, drivers license.

2) US Citizen spouse drivers license, passport, and birth certificate

3) Wedding Evidence - Annotated photos from 2013-2020 (we got married in 2017)

4) Birth certificate of our son (May 2019)

5) Joint IRS Tax return transcripts (2017, 2018, 2019)

6) Bank statements showing joint credit card, checking and savings accounts for the last two years (Sep 2018- July 2020). ALL the monthly statements.

7) Joint car loan and lien title documents

8] Joint Renters and auto insurance

9) Joint lease for the last 5 years (2016-2021)

10) Petitioner 401K information with US Citizen spouse listed as beneficiary.

11) Petitioner employee life insurance information with US citizen spouse listed as the beneficiary

12) US Citizen spouse 401K information with petitioner listed as the beneficiary

13) Monthly invoices of day care tuition from July 2019-Aug 2020.

Applied for AOS GC- Feb 2018.

For the G-1145 form, can I put the beneficiary's name, phone, and email for notification? Or does it have to be the petitioner's information?

Hi everyone

I was just found that i am suffering from jaw bone cancer in stage 4 and i had surgery all ready before 10 day ago and next surgery will be in next week in cook county hospital and after surgery they gone put me on radiasion and chemotheraphy for around two month i hope everything going good but i am F2 status now my wife is on f1 and my daughter is on f2 as well we have less family support from back country so my question is that can i get or apply any other legal permanent status in USA on the base of my medical ground?please guide me out.

Hello there

I received case number for my parents and paid fees already. Its now allowing me to start AOS docs an IV application. But I am not able to click on upper left option of choice of agent and address at all. Its disabled for me and I never filled it up for either of them. Please advise. Thank you
