US Immigration from India

I have applied for immigrant visa (F2B ) from India. Currently, I am living at my Indian address from about last 3 years. I understand that I will have to bring PCC from Current Regional Passport Office.
My question is do I need to bring Police Certificate from local District Office where I used to live at my old Indian address ? I lived at my old address for about 25 years.

I have to reissue my passport to get my PCC because my passport doesn t have my spouse name on it, I will only add my spouse s name, my surname middle name will be same.

My case is at NVC. My main concern is I have submitted DS-260 form with my old passport ! Will it cause any problem? Should I have to update new DS-260 form or old DS-260 would be fine?

Will it extend my procedure. Also, wanted to ask will it cause any problem at consulate?

Appreciate your responses! I m really in dilemma.

Just saw the processing times updated on USCIS website. 5.5 to 7.5 months for NBC.

This was showing 27 months for last 1 month.
