US Immigration from India

Now that I-944 is again required, I have a question. I have recently filed for a marriage based AOS. So I am expecting an RFE for the I-944. I do have an approved I-140. But it is from a valid, unrelated employment based petition. I never filed I-485 corresponding to that I-140 as the dates never became current. So, how should I answer this question - tick yes, specify the receipt number, and move on to part 5?

We are filling N-400 for my wife. A few questions:

1. What's better option for filling: Paper (mailing the application/documents) or filling online?

2. Do I need to notarize the documents before uploading?

3. Do I need to get character letters for friends? I had to do that when filling for her green card. If yes, do they need to be notorized?

4. If I file online and USCIS requests more documents after OCt 1, do we have to pay more based on the new fee structure?

I would like to file before the end of the month before the new fee structure become active. Any help will be appreciated.

Looking for guidance for my first post. My now husband arrived 7/15/20 on a K1 Visa. We married and submitted all paperwork on Sept 3 for AOS and was signed for on Sept 7 at Chicago Lockbox. I realized yesterday that we submitted the 864EZ and I should have done the 864. I have not received anything yet, but I m expecting my package to be returned. Should I just resend everything with the 864 now or wait? I want to avoid the fee increase. Thanks

Our I-751 & N-400 applications are pending with MSC*** since Marc 2019 & Marc 2020. Current GC extension letter expiring on Nov 31st, 2020.

We are in India now. We have 14 month old baby and feel scared to travel during these tough times.

Can we get I-551 stamp on passport in India?.

Is there is any process to follow to get the stamp without having to travel to US to get the I-551 stamp.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
