When submitting the AOS concurrent filing packet, which forms should have copies of all I-20s included? At this point, we're thinking I-130, I-485, and EAD/AP? Advice appreciated!

Hello visa experts! We just received our NOA2 for my fiance and are currently waiting to go the NVC stage. Obviously with the K1 visa, we would be getting married here in the states. Originally we planned to do something here and then something in India, but with AOS and things, we're thinking it may be easier to just have the wedding here. We would like for his parents to attend the wedding, but they do not currently have a tourist visa. If we file one for them now, do you think it would have any negative impact on my finance's K1?

I have been waiting for my biometrics for sooooo long now and its getting very frustrating. Calls, filing online has given me nothing. I am wondering if any other MSC June/July 2020 (or any other month for that matter) filer is from NY/NJ area that has received their biometrics appointment in the past few months?

I want to sponsor someone to marry. I currently live in Texas. How long is the processing time? Some people say it's 6 months to a year. But when I look at processing time in Texas service center, it is showing 23 months.

Which one is correct?
