    Hi, Yes its Indian embassy Washington. Iike many other cases my NOC update on DOS took month. I contacted embassy initially, they said they sent my NOC they provided details. With those details I contacted DOS, but got very standard reply stating its take time to update on there website. I waited as I am not hurry (my DS2019 will expire in July 2021). After 25 days i.e. on Nov 3rd 2020 its showed received. Hope it will help you...
