Hey, I was trying to find out if anyone has had to deal with an issue with their Indian passport having a space in their first name, so my wife's name is Amritpal but in the passport it says Amrit pal. I did check with NVC that it doesn't matter since they will simply issue the visa based on what is written in the passport. I was trying to confirm if anyone has had a similar issue and if they had any problem with their interview due to it. I checked with multiple NVC customer service reps and they all said it won't be an issue but, I wanted to verify here as well.

Hi All, After my N400 application Waited for some months and then I had traveled outside US to India for some family commitments. I came to know from my online uscis case that I have Biometrics appointment just after 23 days from that date of the notice. I want to know do I have to use the actual physical letter that was received at my US address to reschedule or I can also use the printout from my online case ? because it says this on the form... "PLEASE APPEAR AT THE BELOW APPLICATION SUPPORT CENTER AT THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED. If you are unable to do so, complete the bottom of this notice and return the entire original notice to the address below." Do I have to get the letter couriered to me in INDIA, and fill and courier it back to US (USCIS address) to reschedule my Biometrics appointment ? Please advice.

Hello everyone. I m in tears right now. I m had a horrible interview experience. Wasn t asked anything beyond how did you meet and when I answered the officer said that s weird . More judgments were passed about my relationship and then I was kept standing for 10 minutes and the officer came back with this paper and told me to submit and follow the instructions. No asking me for photos or anything. Nothing. I feel so helpless. Can anyone please help me understand what to do with the last two points ticked about the notarization in India and USA? Do I need to submit the US notarized documents in original? HOW MUCH delay should I expect now to get approved once everything is submitted? (If I ever get approved that is). Please help :,(

Hi there! Quick about us: Now husband entered US on B1/B2 visa in November 2020 with intent to stay through January 2021. We decided that due to the longevity of our relationship (since 2017) and uncertainty around COVID we would marry. Married 2/21/21 in small family affair. I am a US Citizen, husband is Indian. The question: As I am pulling together our documents particularly for our evidence of a bona fide marriage, is there any worth in including text logs, trip documentation, and photos going back to when we began dating in 2017 or are they truly only looking for immediate proof? Currently I have our marriage license, contracts from our venue & photographer, email chain with our officiant, photos of the day along with invitation, proof of spouse as beneficiary on life insurance, spouse added as occupant on lease, and we just opened a joint checking account. We have been on numerous trips together or to see one another since we met and I can pull all of that information, but just looking for input here! Thank you for any advice!
