US Immigration from Hong Kong

Ok, I need help. I have been trying to get a copy of the welcome letter that is sent after the I-130 is approved. The one they did send has been misplaced. I have tried on 6 separate occasions through the inquiry portal with no help. All I get is a computer generated email stating that a copy will be sent to my email within 2 business days, same exact email just with a different name. They did attempt to call me twice about the delay and the lack of progress on our case. Unfortunately, when they did call I was at a Dr's appointment with my phone turned off and I missed them. This welcome letter is the only document stopping my wife from getting her police certificate from the Hong Kong police (she works in Hong Kong) to continue on to get her interview scheduled. Other than the inquiry portal on their website, there isn't any other way to contact them which is completely ridiculous. I don't know where else to turn to for help. It's so very frustrating.

I have filled out the I-864 online and have a question about additional information.

I filled out the shaded areas on the form online and wanted to know if there is any other information I need to write in other than my signature.

We sent our i751 package on 1/22 and got delivered at the Carol Stream lockbox on 1/23. I saw some filers getting their receipts/extension letters early via the MyUSCIS platform, but we lost our account # and didn t fill in that part in the i751 form, even if we have an account we can currently access. Now I m worried that i might only receive anything after 4-8 weeks via snail mail, and my green card is expiring mid march! From what I ve read, USCIS texting / emailing is pretty inconsistent too. (We sent in a G-1145 in the package)

is there a way to track an existing application, without the application number on hand, independent of any USCIS notice / texts or email? I was thinking of using the verify your identity tool to maybe link my a-number and it would automatically all linked cases attached to my number, but the tool is no longer available. Help please!

My mom is currently undergoing her PTB treatment at St. Lukes. Since they are close weekends and holidays and there will be no DOT, will that weekends and holidays gonna be added on top of the 6month period of treatment? How does that work? Can anybody share his/her experience? Please enlighten me. Thank you

The guide on this site say that if I want to sponsor my brother and his wife in the UK to immigrate to the US, I just need to file one form to also apply for his wife to come as well:

> Note: You do not need to file a separate Form I-130 for your sibling s spouse or unmarried children under 21 years of age.

But how do I do that? Do I just have to add her name to the form as his spouse in the spouse section? Anything else I need to submit?It doesn't say anything about showing a copy of the marriage certificate, so curious if that's needed, to show that they are indeed married.
