hello everyone! so I applied for naturalization on June 30, 2020 and it had an estimated completion time of November 2020 and 2 months later it changed to December 2020. currently it still says: Estimated case completion time December 2020 last thing they sent me was about the "Biometric reuse". on August 7, 2020. how likely is it that I will hear something this month? thanks in advance!

Hello guys, im a little new to all this about K1 visa, im the beneficiary. We filed for a K1 visa on march 2020. About 3 weeks ago i went to mexico to meet with my fiance and spent time with her and now we are in the states, I entered on a tourist visa (its been 2 weeks) its not my first time visiting her on a tourist visa after we filed. The situation is the following: she was wondering if we are allowed to get married and then do the Adjustment of status? I now its possible and i know as well that USCIS may think its visa fraud. My intentions when i came to the states was just to visit her and we did spend time with her family and friends. I cant go back to my home country for another 3-4 weeks cause its closed due to COVID. And she would like to see if there is a way for me to stay and withdraw the K1 (last update was case received). We were reading yesterday about the visa fraud and we are sacred of doing something wrong. Any advise will be appreciated!!

Hello all, hope I can find some help here. It's for a friend. The situation is as follows. My friend is sponsoring both his parents for an adjustment of status. Both his parents are in the same application for the adjustment. He was wondering how will he go about the primary immigrant and the family member section. He has his dad as the primary immigrant and his mom as a family member. Can someone verify if this would be correct? Also I know he has to submit two i864 one for each because he already got a checklist from USCIS. So my question is... will both I864 look the same with the only exception where it ask which immigrant is he sponsoring???? And how would the household size look like in this scenario? I would appreciate any help please. Any help would be appreciated. @pushbrk Maybe you can give me some feedback or anyone?
