US Immigration from Greece

Good evening, I need some help and guidance if anyone knows about it. My k1 visa entry expires in 2 weeks and I have to be in Usa until then. Can I redo my medical exams and extent my visa for 6 months? Is it possible to do that? Would be a risk to get a negative extend? Is the process is simple and feasible to do that, does anyone know this? Do I need to do the medical exams and return my passport to the embassy to extend my visa for 6 months.?

email received 2021/12/21 that an interview is scheduled for: date to be send by post mail.

Due to an increase in the security surcharge component of the passport application, the fee for obtaining a U.S. passport will increase by $20 effective December 27, 2021. Plan accordingly if you will be applying for a U.S. passport after that date.

Basically what the title says. I am filling the form and since I have no middle name I leave it blank, but on part 7 the space is blank and only seems to be filled if a middle name is included.

What should I do in this case?

Put N/A for my middle name and print the form and hand write the name on part 7 alongside my signature?

Or just leave the middle name blank completely?
