US Immigration from Ghana

Hi everyone silent member here.

I need some advice or maybe help.

I got married in October 2013, got my gc on May 2014. On April 2016, I filed for the I751 and went for an interview on November 2017...heard nothing after that.

On December 2018, I got divorced and I sent a copy of the decree to USCIS.

On February 2019, I applied for the N400 with 5years rule, I had my interview on July 2019 which I passed. The officer was nice and didn't understand why my I751was still pending and would contact their in house lawyer, till date I haven't heard anything back. I was able to get an appointment in January 2020, but I was told the officer handling my case is on maternity leave. It has been over a year since the interview, I am so scared that it might take long as my I751...i am so lost on what to do next. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks

Has anyone else been waiting over 4 months for a biometrics appointment after coming in on K1? We submitted my husbands AOS along with EAD, and got our first NOA. He still hasn t been scheduled for biometrics and I ve done a live chat, they said it can take 25 months but over the phone they said we can submit an inquiry after 5 months. I ve also visited our biometrics location and they told me they ve actually been pretty open. It s never been busy. I m not sure what to do.

I askes a question about Trump s proclamation and I think that I may offended people. I was asking the question to see if I could information on how it will affect my situation. I apologize for making Trump supporters upset and thinking that they had to run to his defense. I always say no one cares until a situation hits home.

I was reading about how Trump has stop people from other countries from coming into the USA. If elected again he will make sure that people will not be able to unite with the children or husband etc. I have applied for i130 . I am just wondering what will happen if I have already applied and he is re-elected?
