US Immigration from Ghana

Hello all, I need some help, so I petitioned for my dad and I have to file the affidavit of support. The problem is that my military w2 says I only made 23747 in 2020 whereas I made more than that..I think it doesn't state all the additional allowances. If I proceed with the above amount, I'll be below the poverty guidelines for a family of 5...any help in navigating around this please?

My case has been at the embassy under 221g, I was ask to submit medical examination for me and my family, then covid hit. My appointment was rescheduled and finally canceled due to retrogression. Now that my case is current I ve been trying to get visa appointment but am unable. The case is e3 and is exempted from presidential proclamation. I need advice on how to proceed at Ghana embassy

We have files for a cr1 visa and are done at the NVC how long before we get notice of his interview and how will he be notified. I know he will get his packet but how does it come to him. Also has anyone had any experience with age difference I'm a few years older than my husband .

Hi Guys.

So today, I received a letter from USCIS saying they are reusing my previous captured Biometrics but till now, when I check my status nothing has changed. Was expecting them update my application with reusing previous Biometrics. I don't know if that normal.

Also, how long do you think I will receive my interview appoint. Filed earlier August 2020 and field office is CSC.

My wife work for Alorica for the past 3 years and she is finding it difficult to get Employment letter for NVC process. First I want to know if anyone knows any way for her to get that and secondly if anyone knows anything that can be use to replace it.. Thank you
